What to do?
Luckily for me, it was always the curiosity what is out there in the alternate world, including alternative therapies. I have tried many of them over the years and will continue to do this, all in the hope that I can do better things for my body, mind and soul. And it has.
I am aware, what can work for me might work for someone else, the message is always so try until you find something that fits your needs.
Many times I have said that they have tried everything. What is everything? Include what actually cooked up could it to you on the one hand. It is worth the search, you can determine that your world expands in an amazing way through creating new friendships (I have) and pick up useful skills for your "self healing" tool kit.
So, can I do what when I have reached a cross-Strait and need some direction or was able to do some healing?
In the following, I have 5 basic points, which have helped think to raise spirit and with practice will also help you listed: 1. meditation! Meditation is one of the largest self healing tools available and costs nothing except a little of your time! There are many meditation techniques out there, find, that fits to you and begin.
By click some meditation music and spend time in quiet contemplation can it soothe your mind and connect with the highest aspect of you.
(2) Aromatherapy and essential oils.
Make up and rejuvenate you your mind by mixing a variety of essential oils together in an aromatherapy oil burner. I have following mix works very well if there is a need for care, support and treatment: about an hour before going to sleep in the bed lay oil burner a few drops of the following in an aroma therapy with a little water (as a security precaution, the flame extinguish before lights for the night are turned off): 4 drops Jasmin 4 drops rose 4 drops of neroli 3 drops lavender and 3 drops bergamot smell divine! I use this again and again and not just sleep like a baby, but fear and stress disappears, and feels like the weight of the world has cancelled the following morning from my shoulders! (If you have a small bedroom with the half amount of the drop you want)
3. Breathe! Stand with feet shoulder length apart. Take 3 slow and deep breaths with the diaphragm muscles. Breathe through your nose and breathe lips by something separately. Do this, as you can imagine, that your personal makes you are inhaling, fill every cell in your body, from the cone to the top of the head.
Their personal power and how much larger and data protection, straight and stronger you become. Repeat the above steps.
(4) Be in the present. A few deep breaths and focus on this moment, right now.
If you read a book or magazine or this article, completely focus on the words and take in their meaning. There is only you and this article now in the present.
If you are at work, focus completely on the task at hand, and only this task, and what you need to do to complete it. Nothing else matters other than you and the task at hand.
5. Set a goal. When I looking for something new and useful for me, I on my intention, what, am I is after.
I would like to find a book for example, me answers relating to me for a different treatment is directed by modality or skill. I meditate on this intention, they give then my heart to open a time frame. And behold I have a book in my hand in no time at all! I love the power of intention - I use also the intention for a parking lot to get when I go shopping!
These days I rarely sick and when I do and have a medical examination, doctors tell me I'm actually very healthy (sure they find something so I can some sympathy here!) the blood test results.
I do nor sadness and unhappiness well (I'm still a man) but neither takes a long time, while it in the past many days take would sometimes weeks. What lasts much longer, is a peaceful State.
If you use the above 5 points, lifts my spirit and life is once again peaceful and cheerful.
